HYSO 96/1

  INDUSTRIAL DEGREASER  HYSO 96/1 is a solvent composition intended for the cleaning and the degreasing of all types of fragile surfaces. Elaborated with strictly pure and stable hydrocarbonated bases with a high flash point, HYSO 96/1 has also a great dielectric strength,and joins the efficiency to the health and security requirements. The flash point is stable in time and remains constant throughout the evaporation duration. Complete inertance on metals and alloys; does not embrittle steels. Free from chlorine, HYSO 96/1 is adapted to particular cases of degreasing such as cleaning of titanium or hydraulic circuits. No action on plastics (polyester, polyamides, epoxy resins, polyurethane, polyvinyl chloride). Non aggressive on polymethylmethacrylate(altuglas, plexiglas...), does not cause crazing, does not affect rubbers and other elastomers. HYSO 96/3

  INTER-TREATMENT SAFE CLEANING SOLVENT QUICK EVAPORATION HYSO 96/3 is a solvent compound with a high flash point and controlled volatility, free from chlorinated or aromatic solvents, ethylene glycols and fluorinated compounds. HYSO 96/3 dries faster than the usual non chlorinated solvents. Compared to solvents having the same flammability classification (60°C), the evaporation time is halved.  Quickly dissolves agglomerated greases and other soils such as neat or soluble cutting oils, greasy, oily or wax-like temporary protective products and paraffins. It can be easily used by spraying or by dipping with low evaporation losses and the slight odour has proved acceptable to users. Dielectric solvent for the cleaning without attack on electronic equipment (plastics, sheaths, etc.).   Since the loss by evaporation is moderate, the solvent consumption is reduced to that needed for the degreasing work. HYSO 96/4 surface cleaning solvent is a high flash point multi-purpose residue free solvent cleaner in a pre-saturated wipe for surface cleaning and degreasing prior to paint, bond and sealant applications. Removes grease, tar, carbon deposits, protective coatings, oils and general shop soils in Aerospace OEM and MRO cleaning operations.
